

Laura Coales RVN SQP
Head Nurse
Laura started working at Bond Street in 2008 as a trainee veterinary nurse and qualified in 2014. She then furthered her education to become a SQP in 2015. Laura enjoys being part of a close team.
In her spare time she likes to spend quality time with her family, walking her dog Maggie and socialising with friends.


Penny Whitlow RVN
Penny came to Bond Street in 2015 having gained her Registered Veterinary Nurse qualification the year before from Nantwich Veterinary Hospital with day release to St Helens College. She thrives on the nursing skills required for the more complicated surgical and medical cases.
In her spare time Penny has a passion and flare for house renovations and interior design, which compliments her love of shopping and dining out.


Ronan Burgess RVN
Ronan joined Bond Street in 2015 as a trainee veterinary nurse and qualified In Jan 2019. He likes seeing the animals true personalities shine through as they recover from illness or injury.
In his spare time Ronan enjoys playing music with his friends, watching films and walking his dog called Jub Jub.


Amy Riley RVN
Amy has been a locum nurse at Bond Street over the past three years and became a staff member in May 2019. She has been a qualified veterinary nurse for 11 years and also holds a nursing certificate in animal behaviour. Amy loves all aspects of her work but in particular being part of a team and improving the quality of life of the patients.
Her interests outside work include going to concerts, the theatre and spending time with family and friends.


Charlotte Goostrey
Student Veterinary Nurse
Charlotte joined Bond Street straight after doing her A levels in 2016. She is now nearing the end of her training and will soon become a RVN (Registered Veterinary Nurse). She enjoys walking her dogs and is an active member of her local Young Farmers Association.
Charlotte has a particular interest in nursing the hospitalised patients.


Claire Selby
Nursing Care Assistant
Claire joined the team in 2016 and is an essential member of the nursing team. She enjoys playing rugby for Stockport Scarlets and also partakes in the social that goes with it.
She thinks that the best part of her job is cuddling cute cats and dogs to help them feel more relaxed in the clinic.
